Our Pre-Market Reports are delivered via WhatsApp by 8:30 AM IST on all active trading days. These reports are prepared using publicly available information, market data, and internal research methodologies. They are strictly intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or buy/sell recommendations. Finpreneur does not guarantee any financial outcome based on these reports, and users are advised to make independent decisions or consult a registered investment advisor before making any investment.

To access our pre-market report service, users must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, particularly a valid WhatsApp number. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure uninterrupted access to WhatsApp or the selected delivery platform. Finpreneur is not liable for delivery failures due to device issues, connectivity problems, app malfunctions, or user-side errors. Missed reports will not be re-sent on request.

All subscriptions are strictly non-transferable, and the content of the reports is for personal use only. Any unauthorized sharing, forwarding, or public distribution of the report, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this condition may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund and potential legal action.

Our Unlisted Shares Buy/Sell Advisory service is provided on a case-by-case basis upon direct inquiry. These services involve exclusive opportunities, personalized consultations, and are not included in the regular pre-market subscription. Terms and conditions specific to each transaction will be communicated separately at the time of engagement. No public solicitation is made through our platform, and all interactions are confidential and non-binding unless formalized.

We reserve the right to change pricing, delivery mechanisms, or report format with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services following such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

All services are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
