For our Pre-Market Report Subscription, we offer a limited refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 1 day of your initial subscription or renewal. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@finpreneur.in within 24 hours of receiving your first report. Please note that refunds will not be granted due to communication delays, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after using the service for more than one day. Each user is eligible for only one refund request, and multiple or repeated refund claims will not be accepted.

Our Unlisted Shares Buy/Sell Advisory service is strictly non-refundable due to its customized and transaction-specific nature. The advisory process includes tailored research, case-specific due diligence, and market coordination, making it ineligible for cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
